Ghepan Lake Trek

The Kinnaur area of Himachal Pradesh, India, is home to the high-altitude lake known as Ghepan Lake. It is a well-known trekking location in the area and is located at a height of roughly 4,950 metres above sea level. Starting from the base camp of the Kinnaur Kailash trip, the hike to Ghepan Lake is rated as moderate to strenuous. It takes 4-5 days to complete the about 15 kilometre long trip. The route offers breathtaking views of the neighbouring mountain ranges as it winds through thick woods, snow-capped summits, and rugged terrain.
