We do not restrict the use of content uploaded on the Travelling light website as long as they are used for the cottages’ promotions reservations or simply for information. However, the contents are strictly prohibited for Full/ Partial imitation or reproduction for any other site, without our permission.
Though all the information showcased on the Travelling light website is accurate but there might be a few phases when it can be under updating mode. Hence it is advisable for all the site visitors to re-confirm their required information via Call, Message or Mail.

Travelling Light Check-in time is 12 Noon and the check out time is 11:00AM.
Subject to availability, early check-in and check-out will be considered.
Only guests with room bookings are allowed to stay for the night.
Any damage to the property will be charged to the customer.
Maximum 3 Adults can be accommodated in our every room category
The Extended stays are sub to availability of rooms.
Extra Bed in general refers to the Extra Mattresses.
If you suspect any delay in arrival in Travelling Light, do convey us as if not intimated timely we will treat it as a show.
Every Guest must furnish his/her Original Identity Card/ License Card/ Pan Card while checking into the hotel.
The stay for Infants / Children below 5 Years can rejoice the complimentary stay but their requirement for Milk/ Meal shall be chargeable.
We may ask for the birth certificate of children below 12 Years if we suspect the children’s are older than the informed Age.
We allow pet in our cottage but the same should be conveyed to us at the time of booking.
Meals & Packages
Depending on the Hotels Occupancy, We shall determine the buffet System setup or Room Service Facility to be provided to the customers.
In case we have set up a buffet system, the customer has the choice of Room service but Room Service charges shall be levied.
Kindly consult our staff for the Meal timings as we will not hold any liability towards any un- avail meals, nor shall we refund any amount for it.
In the case of Volvo Packages, Group Packages, Corporate Packages and Accommodation Packages, We shall not be liable for any modifications/cancellations executed by transporters.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Currently we take 50% advance payment of total booking price, to lock the date under customer’s name. We cannot reserve the date until and unless the advance payment has been done.
Advance payment is NON – REFUNDABLE
Any cancellation that needs to be done, should be informed at least 3 days in prior to your booked date, so that our team can offer a re-schedule option.
Customers are advised to check with our team once again before making the booking, regarding the cancellation and refund policy to avoid any miscommunications later.
If you are looking for specific dates booking, then we suggest to reach out to us atleast 2-3 weeks in prior to reserve the date under your name, as we take bookings on advance basis.
